Change to sapi5 with say all.

it would be very nice if you could have nvda change to a sapi5 voice when doing a say all. This would be nice if you have any sapi5 voices to read large docs and still use espeak. Sorry if this isn't interest to anybody.

i guess, this needs to be not core function (becouse it is some unformal and contradictory), but user-defined script (this do not mean it will not be included in official package). script which receive an sayall event and change current synthesizer (and if needed restarts sayall). for now, user scripting features is some poor as for me, becouse you can not do some really usefull without modifying nvda core. and ofcourse not as friendly for user as in jaws for example. might be it is becouse nvda hasn't developer's documentation, only docstrings in source (which is, however good) :-)
